SHIPPING 

Please allow up to 10 days for your order to ship.  Many of our pieces are made to order, and we appreciate your patience while we create for you!  We offer complimentary shipping on orders over $100.  We ship USPS First Class (2-3 days from shipping date) Expedited shipping is available for $9.95 for USPS Priority Mail which takes 1 business day from shipping date. Shipping options do not include production time.

We offer local pick up also, select at check-out. 

LOST PACKAGES

If your package is in transit and the tracking has not been updated in a week, please contact your local post office. Once your package has been accepted by the post office, we are not able to provide further assistance.  We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

RETURNS + EXCHANGES

We do not offer refunds or exchanges.  All sales are final. 

REPAIRS

 

We will gladly repair any piece of jewelry that you purchase from us if it breaks (within 30 days of purchase) free of charge.  If pieces are damaged after 30 days, we offer repair for a fee. 

ADJUSTMENTS

We are happy to make minor adjustments to our jewelry.  Minor adjustments include shortening or lengthening chains and exchanging types of earring backs.  Please message us for inquiries. 

CUSTOM PIECES

At this time we do not offer custom jewelry.
